Our farm, “La Ranocchiaia”, is situated on the fertile “Val di Cornia” plain in the centre of Tuscany, in the sunny and intensely farmed countryside, among the “Costa degli Etruschi” sea. The Farm is run by the owner who personally welcomes the guests and attends to their accommodation.le.

It has seven flats, one of which is intended for the disabled. The flats have been completely restructured and tastefully furnished. They are part of three country houses which are reached by means of a cypress flanked road. Each flat has its own illuminated garden and is furnished for comfort in an ideal family holiday atmosphere.

OUTDOOR GAMES A lawn for football is available for our guests, as well as a table tennis table, table football and a play area for toddlers..

THE SWIMMIMG POOL In the summer our guests can cool off in the 9 x 18 sq. m. swimming pool. It is situated next to some living rooms, which are ideal for relaxing.

WALKING, JOGGING AND MOUNTAIN-BIKE
You can explore the interesting country lanes on the Farm and the surrounding area by mountain-bike or on foot. There are private avenues partly shaded by cypresses and pines, ideal for jogging or the bicycle, safe and distant from the traffic. You can go up to the artificial lake used for agriculture, run around the vineyards and the Farmhouses in peace and liberty, and even the little ones can run or ride bikes safely.
The Farm has mountain-bike for adults and children, for the guests during their stay. There are also roads with less traffic and surrounded by nature, gorgeous views typical of the Tuscan countryside and trails and paths for trekkikg and cycling: we will be happy to give you all the information.

Terme e sport
A soli 3 km dall’Agriturismo, si trovano le Terme Valle del Sole, dove l’acqua sgorga a 36° ed un laghetto termale del Calidario, dove è possibile nuotare tutto l’anno all’aperto. Nelle vicinanze si trovano campi da tennis, noleggio barche, surf, scuola di sub, scuola di equitazione. Facilmente raggiungibili anche diversi Golf Club: Golf Club Toscana (18 buche), Golf Club Punta Ala (18 buche), Golf Club Tirrenia (9 buche).

SPA and SPORTS
3 km from the Farm is the “Valle del Sole” Spa with its warm 36°C water and together with “Calidario” Thermal lake provides swimming in the open throughout the year.
In the surrounding three good Golf Clubs: Golf Club Toscana (18 holes), Golf Club Punta Ala (18 holes) and Golf Club Tirrenia (9 holes).?Tennis court, boat hiring, surfing, under-water swimming lessons, riding school and so on are within easy reach of the Farm.

CULTURE AND MUSEUMS
Lovers of art and culture can visit all the little villages on the surrounding hills: Campiglia Marittima, Suvereto, Sassetta, Monteverdi Marittimo, Massa Marittima are just some of the pearls of this land, which contain treasures of art and architecture of the past.?A short distance from La Ranocchiaia, Val di Cornia Parks offer a mix of ancient history, nature and fun with its 2 Archaeological Parks, 4 Natural Parks, 3 Museums.?Further south, the Network of Museums of Maremma and the Tuscan Mining Geopark encompass a wide and varied system of museums, archaeological sites, monuments, wildlife parks for all tastes and all ages.
