The farm
Our farmhouse is located about 800 meters from the main business building (cellar, reception and restaurant) and consists of nine apartments, six of which with two rooms and three with three rooms.
The property is completely fenced and accessed through an electric gate that guarantees privacy and security. Parking is not far from the apartments in a slightly secluded area. The rocky pool is open from May to October and is surrounded by lawn with shady palm trees and sun loungers.
For children and teens there are games installed in the meadow not far from the pond and a soccer field. At guests’ disposal there is a barbeque area with two grills and a pizza oven that in July and August is used once a week for “La Pizzata”, evening in which a “pizzaiolo” prepares snacks and pizzas of all kinds, which are generously watered with Gualdo’s wines, beer and soft drinks for the little ones.
The accommodation
The apartments –6 two-rooms apartments, 3 on ground floor and 3 on first floor – are composed of a living room with a masonry kitchenette and white terraccotta floor, double sofa bed, bedroom with light parquet floor , bathroom with shower in travertine. The 3 three-rooms apartments, all ground floor, have living area with masonry brickwork and shite terracotta floor, double sofa bed, two bedrooms, marble staircase to access the mezzanine (h. 180) with additional beds, one or two bathrooms. All apartments have private outdoor area with table and chairs and are equipped with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, safe, SKY Tv, free WiFi, air conditioning and hearing.
