Let yourself be tempted by a 360° culinary experience at the Etruscan Coast. Many of our farms offer a restaurant service for their guests and all manner of tastings. From wine tasting where you can savor the famous wines of Bolgheri Doc and Val di Cornia Doc to restaurants with typical regional dishes such as “tortelli maremmani”, meat dishes made with wild boar and fish dishes like the famous “cacciucco”. Don’t forget to eat some pecorino cheese, to taste our olive oil IGT maybe with some of our home grown vegetables and you can finish with a traditional desert such as campigliese cake or schiaccia briaca from the isle of Elba.
